My approach blends emotional intelligence with systemic understandings and strategic insight, ensuring that every session moves your leadership forward.

I hold a BSc in Environmental Science, Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching, Associate Coach certification with the International Coaching Federation, and am certified in Organisational Constellations.  

I’ve been a business owner for 20 years and a company director for 3. In the past 5 years, I’ve coached over 200 clients to reduce their stress and improve their leadership.

A typical coaching engagement includes regular sessions conducted by phone or zoom, usually twice a month or monthly, over a period of six to twelve months.
