Meet Our Founder,
For over 20 years, my focus has been working with people to unlock their potential in personal and business contexts.
Beyond my work in coaching, training, and facilitation, I am a systems thinker, with a degree in environmental science (social policy and development), professional experience in community engagement and event management.
As a coach, I am certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF, ACC) and hold a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Coaching.
My coaching approach is to facilitate deeper self awareness through powerful questioning, appreciative inquiry and mindfulness, alongside assessment and profiling tools such as the Global Leadership Assessment (360) and The Enneagram.

In 2009 I co-authored a wonderful book called Kitchen Table Sustainability – practical recipes for community engagement with sustainability. And I am currently working on a new book on Embodied Leadership Intelligence.
I live on Minjungbal country, just north of Byron Bay and am proud to be raising two teenage children (always a test of one’s leadership skills
