My story.
Over 20 years ago I faced a significant health crisis when I experienced multiple miscarriages between 4 and 5 months of pregnancy.
Thankfully at that time I discovered a simple method that enabled me to work with my thoughts, feelings and emotions in a healthy and empowered way and to emerge from these experiences trauma-free.
Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients to overcome all kinds of challenging life circumstances – including stress and overwhelm, anxiety and depression, dealing with life transitions, physical illness, grief and loss, and recovering from toxic workplaces.
I have led over a hundred participants in the Australasia region in workshops that teach this method, including practitioner-level training.

The Journey is focused on physical and emotional wellbeing. The process is designed to support you to find resolution and uncover your own inner wisdom through a very specific and effective sequence of interactive and guided introspection.
Coaching is generally more focused on personal and professional development. The coaching method is also focused on helping you find clarity, purpose and improved performance through strategic inquiry.
There is no bodywork or touch involved in the Journey method or coaching.
The Journey is a safe, effective and transformational process which supports you to get to the emotional root cause of stress or illness and resolve it completely, so you can live at your optimal wellbeing.
The journey incorporates principles of cellular healing. Through guided introspection, the Journey gives you access to these cell memories. We then work through a process to resolve and release the issue which includes letting go of stored pain and limiting beliefs, then resourcing and reprogramming the nervous system to create a foundation for more wholesome functioning… physically, emotionally, mentally.
The Journey is more than a mind-body healing process. It is soul work. As you let go of limitations, you open into an ever deeper experience of your own true self, your wisdom and your innocence. This mysterious awakening is the true heart of the Journey process.
I am an accredited Journey Method practitioner and trainer and have studied intensively with the founder of The Journey Method, Brandon Bays. This leading-edge healing method includes research-backed principles of healing and wellbeing from multiple modalities including meditation and mindfulness to positive psychology, neuroscience, neurolinguistic programming, forgiveness studies.
I am also the lead presenter for The Journey Australasia, having co-presented multiple online training events for The Journey. Each event lasted between 2 and 8 days, and included a practitioner training.
I am registered with the International Institute for Complementary Therapies.
Journey sessions are deep and comprehensive. Each session is conducted over 90 to 120 minutes via zoom, which allows for a deep dive into the process, and enables insight and healing at the deepest level. You can purchase an individual journey session. However, to get the most out of your healing experience, I recommend a three session package.
If you are looking for Wellness Coaching,
The number of sessions that will benefit you depend on your unique challenges and goals. A good place to start is 3 sessions over up to 3 months. Each session is 90 to 120 minutes, and is designed to support significant transformation. The Journey will provide deep shifts and insights which may take weeks to integrate and apply.
Absolutely. Everything you tell me stays with me. And not only that – Confidentiality also means that I will always see the best in you. The Journey provides a safe place for you to express uncomfortable and difficult feelings that you have bottled up, and know that you will not be judged for it later. No matter what is coming up for you, I will be there with you as you work through it. When you let the “stuff” go, I will too.
It is important to have a private space to work in where you will not be disturbed and you feel you can express yourself emotionally.
I recommend that you give yourself up to half an hour to prepare – to set up your space, quiet your mind and contemplate your intentions for your process.
Afterwards, schedule some time to rest, integrate and celebrate the work you have done.
Sometimes, healing can leave you joyful and exhilarated… Other times tender or drained. Either way, it’s good to give yourself time to just “be”, and let the new state integrate.

Over the past 20+ years, thousands of people have used the Journey Method with extraordinary and lasting results. Most people I work with see significant shifts in 1, 2 or 3 sessions. Simply put, if you come to your Journey process with a clear intention, an open mind and a willingness to do some inner work… healing and resolution are the most likely result.
Clinical trials are currently underway on the effectiveness of The Journey method in speeding recovery rates for heart and cancer surgery patients. However, to date The Journey method has not been scientifically validated for any specific illness.
