Meet Our Founder,
For over 20 years, my focus has been working with people to unlock their potential in personal and business contexts.
Beyond my work in coaching, training, and facilitation, I am a systems thinker, with a degree in environmental science (social policy and development), professional experience in community engagement and event management.
As a coach, I am certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF, ACC) and hold a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Coaching from Swinburne.
My coaching approach includes helping leaders facilitate deeper self awareness through powerful questioning, appreciative inquiry and mindfulness.
I help leaders develop emotional intelligence and leadership presence, and draw on communication frameworks such as NLP (neurolinguistic programming), NVC (nonviolent communication) and SBI (situation behaviour impact) to help leaders build relational intelligence.
Solution-focused and systemic, I helps leaders deepen strategic and organisational awareness for navigating complexity and change, using system-mapping tools and change frameworks.
I have certified in 360 Assessments including – Integral Leadership Profile, Global Leadership Assessment, and have deep experience working with personality profiles, including The Enneagram.
Yollana Shore
In 2009 I co-authored a wonderful book called Kitchen Table Sustainability – practical recipes for community engagement with sustainability. And I am currently working on a new book on Embodied Leadership Intelligence.
I live on Minjungbal country, just north of Byron Bay and am proud to be raising two teenage children (always a test of one’s leadership skills!)
On a personal level, I have experienced both successes and failures as a leader, and believe in embracing both for the learning opportunity they bring.
I’m passionate about serving leaders because I know that when we get things right within and around us, the ripple effects can be long and lasting.
