What has leadership coaching meant for our growing organisation? It has been absolutely critical for us. As we grow, we take on more complicated things, we have more people to worry about, more complexity in the organisation, and all sorts of different dynamics emerge. It's so important that everyone is really aware of how they show up, and the impact they're having on everyone else, so that when things arise, they're dealt with in the right way. Coaching has given us resources. I think we're all very anchored around who we want to be as an organisation and what's important to us as we grow… And through the coaching we are being individually resourced to deliver that.

Yollana Shore is my coach. Every month we meet and no subject is off limit… Career, finance, family, health, relationships, attitude, trauma across all aspects of my life. I recently had the pleasure to undertake Yollana’s personal development and leadership program. I was at a significant point of transition in my business and personal life and anxious about where I was headed. I found that each of the sessions brought about a different facet of clarity. They would sit with me for long after each session and some of the methods I still return to for support, self-planning and personal awareness.
